Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to aurapunk.dev and AuraPunk Cloud. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and paired devices.
Acceptable use
You may not use AuraPunk to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, access systems without authorization, interfere with the service, evade usage limits, or expose another person's confidential information.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AuraPunk the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and back up that content solely to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights required to submit it.
Third-party services and agents
AuraPunk can connect to identity providers, model providers, source control, payment services, and autonomous coding tools. Their terms may also apply. Review generated commands and changes before relying on them; automated software can produce incorrect or destructive output.
Plans, billing, and availability
Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. Taxes may apply. Features, limits, and preview services may change as the product develops. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, users, or infrastructure.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AuraPunk does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the correctness of agent-generated work. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes and contact
